All the employees were very nice and kind, and I truly appreciated their friendly attitude. However, the hygiene of the place was quite poor. It really took away from the experience and made me uncomfortable. I hope the cleanliness is improved, because the staff deserves to work in a better environment, and customers deserve a cleaner one too.
2024-03-29 The owner / GM must have a discussion with its staff stressing the importance of maintaining cleanliness, especially in the dining area and food prep area, a key part of their job responsibilities that is ongoing during their shift. I've dined here before and was happy, but on this day late in the afternoon, I asked the male employee if he and/or the female employee working with him in the back to please come out to the dining area and CLEAN the floor, chairs, tables and beverage area. Just no good, just go to another jersey mikes, simply no good.
Travel a lot and luckily get to see a bunch JM. This one is considerably bad time and time again. Needs new management badly.
