I'm writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at Jersey Mikes Rolling Meadows , on 07/07 during the lunch rush. My experience was, frankly, pitiful. I placed an online order for pickup, expecting a quick and convenient experience. Instead, I was forced to wait over 20 minutes for my order to be brought out.
