Beyond disappointed with the service. I came in an ordered a 17 regular size on Rosemary Parmesan bread. They hand me me sandwich without asking if I would like any additional toppings on it. After they handed it to me, I asked if I could please have lettuce and tomato on it. They took it back and added it. When I went to sit down to eat I realize it is on the wrong bread. honestly the most uncomfortable experience of my life. He kept making sexual passes at my wife and daughter and they had to leave the store. Never come here.
Work in a nearby office, they have never messed up my order and it is always ready when I come. I need the gluten free bread for health reasons and have never had an issue at this one, great work !
You can infer from the demeanor and conduct of the employees that they harbor bias toward certain groups. During my visit, the employee preparing my sandwich appeared visibly dismissive, nearly rolling his eyes at me. Before my order was completed, the employee responsible for adding condiments shifted her attention to a white male customer behind me and appeared eager to assist him instead.
