had a great experience at this jersey mike’s and just wanted to shout out the young girl working that evening, i forgot her name but she seriously deserves a raise!! she was the best, made our sandwiches perfectly, and was so kind and patient the whole time! we asked how she was doing and she told us she had been working over a 10 hour shift that day, and she was still so sweet and helpful!! employees like that make people want to come back, she really stood out!!
Beyond disappointed with the service. I came in an ordered a 17 regular size on Rosemary Parmesan bread. They hand me me sandwich without asking if I would like any additional toppings on it. After they handed it to me, I asked if I could please have lettuce and tomato on it. They took it back and added it. When I went to sit down to eat I realize it is on the wrong bread. honestly the most uncomfortable experience of my life. He kept making sexual passes at my wife and daughter and they had to leave the store. Never come here.
Work in a nearby office, they have never messed up my order and it is always ready when I come. I need the gluten free bread for health reasons and have never had an issue at this one, great work !
