Rudest worker I’ve ever had, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Today I asked if they were doing the sub in a tub because it was not on the menu. She goes “the bowls are right behind me” with an attitude. I was getting one other sandwich, and she was rushing despite there being no one else in the restaurant. Another great experience at this Jersey Mike’s. The West Caldwell location consistently provides a world class experience. Devon, Kristi, Fifi and Tom did a wonderful job and made my day. I would recommend this Jersey Mike's to anyone in the area!
Great subs wrapped nice. Nice staff. Highly recommend.
I love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches—they’re really filling and always taste super fresh. I usually order in-store because I find it better than using the app. The staff is nice, though sometimes the music can be a little loud. There can be a bit of a wait at times, but it’s never too long. It can get expensive if you’re ordering for a big family, but I still think it’s worth it overall.
