Stop putting dirty juice soaked lettuce back in the fresh lettuce container. Why does my plain sandwich taste like vinegar? Because they scraped the lettuce along with the last dudes scraps right back into the lettuce container and then served it to me. Yucky
I come there almost every weekend and all of a sudden had a bad experience with a worker talking to a person WHO WAS NOT BUYING ANYTHING MEANWHILE IM WAITING FOR MY FOOD THAT I PURCHASED. 1/16/2026 at 5:43pm my food was supposed to be ready but the worker that was making the food, decided to talk to a customer WHO WAS NOT AT ALLL BUYING ANYTHING. This has been my second time ordering from this place. Everything is so fresh, And the best part is that they toast the bread, whereas other jersey Mike’s don’t. I forgot to ask the girl her name, but the girl with the long blonde ponytail she’s always polite, respectful and she ask you do you want more onions, more peppers or less etc… Even the person in front of me was a little bit rude in a rush, and she handled the situation very beautifully. But this sandwich, way better than subways!!!
I love this Jersey Mike's! The employees are very nice, especially the girl with long, dark hair. It is clean and decorative, and has fast service.
