We had a large order of 17 boxed sandwiches for a church event, and the team at Jersey Mike's in Richfield did an outstanding job. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and the entire experience was positive from start to finish. Our order was ready right on time, well organized, and complete. Absolutely crap show. Ordered on line. Went to pick up and food wasn’t ready. Several people waiting with me. 10 minutes later than supposed to be, the food came out. Got home and found out I didn’t get the correct sandwich. I really like Jersey Mikes. This store needs some work.
First time at a Jersey Mike's and the food plus service was perfect! Highly recommend the Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich 🥪
