They didn’t give good service for uber and door dash drivers they behave very rudely they don’t have manners how to talk to everyone very bad experience
We left without purchasing anything. Tried to order The Sub but wanted to sub the ham for the turkey. I was told she can't do it because the turkey is more expensive. Why not tell me it would be an upcharge? I would have paid for it. The way she said it didn't seem welcoming or customer service driven, not rude just not nice. Can't explain it. If that is the policy it needs to be communicated better for sure. And the policy is silly btw. Ended up going to Potbelly.

First time at this location, and was disappointed. Ordered a sub in a tub "mike's way" - and was given letttuce and juice. No onions, no tomatoes. It's obviously not a big deal, but if you're going to charge someone for something, at least give them what they asked for and paid for.
