I like going to Jersey Mike's but this one irritated me. During ordering, I asked for extra pickles and Jalepenos. Got home and had same 5 pickles. I'll pay extra if these items are too expensive. I guess I'll eat somewhere else from now on. There's 8 other restaurants right here to choose from.
I have stopped coming to Jersey mikes bc they somehow never have my order. So today I decided to try again bc husband requested. Again, show up to pick up my online order that was suppose to be ready at noon. Show up and was told I was at the wrong location they don’t have my order. I pulled up my email confirmation and show it to him and magically my order appears and they’re “so sorry accidentally missed my order” we will make it now…..20 mins later I’m still waiting on my order.
