I have stopped coming to Jersey mikes bc they somehow never have my order. So today I decided to try again bc husband requested. Again, show up to pick up my online order that was suppose to be ready at noon. Show up and was told I was at the wrong location they don’t have my order. I pulled up my email confirmation and show it to him and magically my order appears and they’re “so sorry accidentally missed my order” we will make it now…..20 mins later I’m still waiting on my order.
Came in on 4/30/26 at 4:10pm. No one was in there. I could have stolen stuff from the front and no one would notice. I looked im the back behind the counter and there was 2 employees smoking weed with the door open. Said excuse me multiple times and I was ignored. Guess it was some good stuff they were smoking. Wont be coming back.
