Order placed online for two regular sandwiches. I arrived to a packed restaurant - long line of people waiting to order AND long line of people waiting to pickup. The people ordering in person were served immediately in that they ordered, sandwich was made immediately and then they paid and left. The line of in person orderers moved very quickly and pleasantly. Meanwhile, people who'd ordered online waited for a minimum of 30 minutes for their orders. I bought a combo meal and tried to get Pepsi Zero from the soda fountain. It was completely out of syrup for Pepsi Zero, so they let me exchange my cup for a 20oz of Pepsi Zero. That was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated!
The customer service was incredible! I walked in and the first thing that happened was they complimented my appearance, so I went in feeling really good.
