First time having a negative experience here. Placed a pickup order. Order was to be ready at 4:49 PM. Pulled in at 4:51. My husband ordered a hot chicken cheese steak. It was barely warm and cheese was not melted. Spoke to either the manager or shift lead (guy with long hair in a long pony tail and beard). He proceeded to argue and say it had been sitting for 10 mins and asked if we took it outside. Also tried to say the cheese was melted when it wasnt. We had just sat down inside after picking it up. The subs were the best, every bite was delicious. Service was fast and efficient. Atmosphere was kind of dry, no welcome to Jersey Mike's, no music no noise. Ours was taken out so no big deal. The food brings you back for sure.
Fresh cut meats, Mikes sauce- delicious with fast service .
Best Food Ever and The Space is Very Clean, and that means a lot to me. The staff are Professional, Friendly, and kind. It's My Family's Favorite Place on the Planet.
