My husband went on 4/2 close to closing time and as soon as he entered was given attitude. He proceeded to order as I had just given birth and all I wanted was a cold cult sandwich. He ordered two sandwiches and they just added ham , cheese and mayo after being asked if we wanted it with everything. The sandwich was poorly done , the customer service was terrible and then we were charged close to 38 dollars for ham, cheese and bread. 2 sandwich at 8:30 pm , horrible attention, ugly piece of bread with good stuff but , upset for some reason , the other person too , maybe was time to close ? that's no good , some kids put a bad name to the place , till they get replaced , thank you .
I ordered my sub online. I paid for cheese, I didn’t get any. I paid for double bacon, barely had any. The bread was completely wrong. It’s so disappointing because they for sure made it incorrect since it was a pick up. I even tipped in hopes they would care to make it correct. Do better. Shouldn’t pay $27 for an incorrect order.
The staff was fast all the guys were friendly and my food was amazing
