I am genuinely impressed that an order has been messed up so badly. I ordered through the app for myself and a coworker’s lunch since we were in a rush. I made sure the bag they gave me had my name on it, but they use so many stickers and wrappers on the to go orders it’s impossible to check the accuracy of the order until you actually sit down to eat the food. You can see the order we placed, vs what we received. 2 small turkey sandwiches stacked high with lettuce and tomato, not a slice of ham or salami in sight.
Started my day at this Jersey mikes and I was greeted with an awesome smile and great energy by Alec. My sandwich was made to perfection by the other server. It was made exactly the way I wanted with everything being fresh. They had hats on so hair was not expose to food. Place was clean. Keep up the good job it is highly appreciated!!👍🏽
Heard they had new ownership in the last 6+months (approx) and it is night and day. Great service, very friendly and staff is well trained and likable. Huge turnaround from the same location being less than desirable.
They’re rude to customers. Go to another location.
