9/05/2024: I appreciate the owner reaching out to me and I was able to throughly explain my experience at his store. He was very genuine about internal oversight issue. For this reason, I have moved my 1 star review into 4 to reflect the business response to my earlier review. Worse place out of all Jersey Mike's. I have had the same food item (99) throughout DFW and entire East coast and this place is the worse place. Food awful and employee and manager on duty seem didn't care when I tried to brought it up to her attention... read more
I LOVE their sandwiches. I appreciate that they slice their sandwiches to order and that their veggies are always crisp. Their hot cherry pepper relish is really good-has great flavor and I add it to everything I order. I love the option to get yellow or brown mustard, and their tuna salad is great!
