I’ve given this location of Jersey Mikes five chances to continue to disappoint me. It’s m writing this review to help out anyone that’s on the fence as far as which location to visit. The first order I felt slighted as though perhaps they saw I didn’t leave a tip or round up for charity, so mass sure to round up a d leave a tip every time following.. but alas, these guys aren’t sandwich artists. Two female and one male employees treated me badly, discriminated against me, and made me wait 20 minutes for my order. They should be fired. They are rude people.
Went to Jersey Mikes today to grab a quick sandwich. What a waste of time. The staff was busy but completely disorganized making it worse. The person taking orders was also making sandwiches and bagging orders too. I wanted a basic Philly Cheese steak. I was told it would take 20 minutes. How is that fast food? At the time, there was only one other sandwich cooking on the grill. Don’t go here to get a sandwich if you don’t have time to wait 20 minutes.
Ordered catering for 30+ people 3 separate times from here. Consistently 20-30 minutes late on preparing catering orders that were all ordered the business day before. Two out of three times, they didn't number a single sandwich so we could not identify them. Upon arrival today, the young woman at the front notified us the order was yet again not ready, and that she had "tried to call us". It's a business phone that 3 people pick up, we don't miss calls. Ordered a steak sandwich but received a chicken sub. Tried to call the number on the receipt but the number was not working!!!!
