I have literally no idea where all of these positive reviews come from, I've only ever had negative experiences here. I work at an office building down the road and used to online order here somewhat frequently, but whenever I arrived to get my sandwich, it was never ready on time and I was never acknowledged. Honestly, at Mike’s it’s pretty hard to get a bad sub. However, it’s even harder to get a spectacular, phenomenal sub. That’s what Kierra’s out here doing at the Fort Union location. My sub was BEAUTIFUL. It really did something to my soul. I’m ready to put the damn uniform on and create some masterpieces, just like Kierra did for me today.
Whenever I plan to go to a new place for food, I’ll always read prior reviews to both determine what to expect, and if I should even order in general from the chosen location. I chose to order from this Jersey Mike’s, hoping I’d be able to see the work ethic and quality of character that I had read from the reviews. 10/10, awesome sandwiches and awesome atmosphere
Woah! would eat here every day for every meal if I could. Great atmosphere and delicious food but the best part? The employees! They’re not robotic or rude but fun and engaging, especially Makoa from my last visit in. He busted out THREE giant sized subs for me on the slicer while simultaneously taking a phone call AND memorizing the next two customer orders to be sliced. WOAH!!!!
