waiting for over 30mins for a wrap and a sandwich? looks like they didn't even prep very terrible service "yea it'll be a minute" waving you away lol
I was really disappointed in the staff. I thought I showed up at 8:45 to get a Jersey Philly cheesesteak. They tell me they wasn’t cooking anything else for the rest of the night. The grill was closed. Maybe they should change their hours. To 845 If they’re going to decline customers.
New favorite place to eat a cold sub or a hot one, i like the way the staff notice you as soon as they see you even though they are busy working they take a second to greet you and that really means alot.

I’m writing to file a formal complaint about the unacceptable way my husband and I were treated at your location on Garfield Street in Parkland, WA. During our visit, I placed our order with one of the staff members.
