Good sandwich shop. However, since this chain has opted to go with Pepsi, instead of Coke, they are a three star because going with Pepsi products, instead of Coke, means this chain tried to save a couple of bucks by going with a inferior soda product, simply because of cost. This is unforgiving. In addition, they don't seem to have package deals. Chips or cookies must be separately purchased.
Took 20 minutes for them to make a few subs. Don't go here unless you have time to kill before eating. Honestly, not sure why they're so slow with 5-6 employees.
Worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been too, no student discount for college students?!!! IVE BEEN TO PLENTY OF JERSEY MIKES BEFORE WHERE THEY OFFER STUDENTS DISCOUNTS. I'm not sure who the white employee was, saying I couldn't swap ham for Turkey instead? How hard is it do that? I'm assuming he was being racist because he didn't even offer service and looked disgusted at attending us. When plenty of other Jersey Mike's have offered to swap them for us. I had a good experience at this Jersey Mike’s on E Chapman Ave in Orange. The employees were friendly, and the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. I also appreciate when a place is willing to fix an order issue and make things right. I would just recommend double-checking online orders before leaving, but overall the food and service were good, and I’d come back.
