Ordered lunch for delivery and received both subs, but the chips I paid for were missing from the order. Mistakes happen, and I understand that occasionally items can be overlooked. However, what was most frustrating was the complete lack of support afterward. Very disappointed with the customer service. I called this location five separate times just to ask a simple question and nobody answered the phone. On one of the calls, someone finally picked up only to immediately hang up without saying a word. I understand places get busy, but ignoring calls repeatedly and hanging up on customers is unacceptable. A quick answer or even letting me know the staff was busy would have been appreciated. Staff is not friendly at all. I have been there multiple times and it has been the same experience. You don't feel welcomed.
