Came at 8 o'clock at night to order grinders, and they clean the bathrooms. And they tell us that we cannot use them and put barrier in front so we can't get on.
My previous experiences here have been amazing but I went in today (July 4th) around 7:15 pm and the employee seemed very annoyed and irritated throughout my whole experience. It felt very rude and he continued to act the same towards other customers, in my opinion. Every request almost seemed like a burden to him, as he would roll his eyes at me. The sandwich Station was so dirty… The cross contamination with turkey/ham and bacon was insane at this location. I had to walk out and not complete my order. The employees gloves looked like it wasn’t changed all morning.

Update! OMG! The place was absolutely filthy. The sandwich area was a mess, covered in breadcrumbs and lettuce everywhere, and it looked like the counter hadn’t been cleaned all day. The slicing machine had meat remnants and bread pieces stuck underneath the slicing area. Bread??? The tomatoes were freezer-burned, even though I specifically said NO tomatoes when I ordered.
