So i came yesterday at around 5:20 ish and there was a guy of color wearing a hat and mask he was rude from the start and looked annoyed because hes doing his job. A man of color working there was rude from the beginning, I began with a “Hi” and started saying my order but he cut me off saying “What would you like today”, then my boyfriend started saying his order and he rudely said “i can’t hear you” so my bf spoke louder. Once I saw the worker turn his head around, I realized he was wearing an earbud piece, yea no wonder he couldn’t hear me. Came at 8 o'clock at night to order grinders, and they clean the bathrooms. And they tell us that we cannot use them and put barrier in front so we can't get on.
My previous experiences here have been amazing but I went in today (July 4th) around 7:15 pm and the employee seemed very annoyed and irritated throughout my whole experience. It felt very rude and he continued to act the same towards other customers, in my opinion. Every request almost seemed like a burden to him, as he would roll his eyes at me. The sandwich Station was so dirty… The cross contamination with turkey/ham and bacon was insane at this location. I had to walk out and not complete my order. The employees gloves looked like it wasn’t changed all morning.
