Ordered and paid for through the app. The app gives you the time it will be ready if I select ASAP or by the time I select for the future
Stopped to get a sandwich before work. There was no line. They took my order then proceeded to make what appeared to be online orders for 15 minutes before I told them I have to go to work. I find it to not be effective service to have a traditional sandwich counter but prioritize all the online orders over people standing in front of you for that amount of time. Will have to think twice if I need to get lunch quickly before work.
This place was hopping for thstctome of day. Food is consistent and good. I think the staff could be better if they quit yappin' and focused on getting the food out. It's a sub shop, so no real aviance. Pricing is competitive, food is good
On 7/31 I ordered a club sub through the app and chose 5:30 for the pickup time. I arrived 15 minutes early (5:15pm) and it was ready to go which worried me and for good reason because when I got home and opened it, it was totally soggy and gross. I couldn’t eat it and unfortunately I wasn’t able to return. I order regularly and expect better service from Jersey Mikes.
