So dissapointing :( We ordered the sandwiches off Uber Eats to pick up. The sandwiches were said to be ready in 10 minutes. We got there in 15 and waited an additional 20 minutes. At least 10 walk ins came and went during the time we waited. There weren't even customers at the counter the whole time. When we finally received our order I complained about this and was told the sandwiches were made by two different departments, online orders and walk ins and since we ordered online, we had to wait. Check your order before you leave. This is literally the third or fourth time they have forgotten the bacon. Frustrating when you pay extra for it.
Man this location went downhill fast. Not even 3 months ago was this one of the best Jersey mikes, now there seems to be new hires that are slow and somehow confused about how to do mikes way (I did not ask for mayo on my Italian). You are much better off going down the street a couple miles to the Seattle store, much better service, food, and hospitality.
