I’ve ordered pickup from this location three times now and twice they’ve messed up my order/toppings. I haven’t gotten the bread i selected and today they forgot bacon on both of our sandwiches. It’s convenient to order ahead to skip the line but not when they can’t read .
The additive selection is LIMITED, NO SPINACH, ETC... I had to ask to have my regular sandwich cut 1/2... Not in any other port of subs... I had to be shown the cheese in my sandwich, it is/was so skimpy, I had to search for lettuce... Told them, FOR HERE... It was in a to go bag..

This is my favorite sandwich shop in town. The staff is very nice, they make your sandwiches promptly, and the staff is great. The original Italian and Chipotle cheesesteak sandwiches are my definite go to.
