a little stingy with the banana peppers and a little zealous with the vinegar and juice, but still delicious
One employee over the phone and in person acts as if you are annoying him by ordering making it very clear. Leaves an awful taste in your mouth and awful customer service. Subs are great but service made me cancel and go to local spot instead.
Always impressed by the young adults working at Jersey Mikes. Very friendly and professional and they make a great sub!!
I thought the service was excellent and the food good but not much of a sandwich selection. I’d like to see more deli type: corn beef, pastrami etc. Sort of boring menu but there is no where in Newburyport for deli type food. I did want to say that the music really turned me off and I wouldn’t necessarily call it music. Just this annoying background sound to the point that I wished I had sat in my car.
My dad loves your sandwiches. When we ordered our sandwiches the service was friendly. We brought our sandwiches home and they were delicious. We also used a Jersey Mike's Subs for my dad's 90th birthday party. Bought subs for the guests and everyone loved the sandwiches. Highly recommend you have one of their subs. You won't be disappointed.
