Just walked in to grab a quick lunch. Should have first been turned away seeing their B rating on the window. Ordered my sandwich and they missed 3 of the most important ingredients. Lady behind the counter wearing a mask was rude, made me repeat myself multiple times, and was overall very unpleasant. Unfortunate this place is going downhill but the manager needs to get it together and live up to the standard of other locations.
They take a long time to prepare 10 orders at the same time and it is not like that they have to prepare as they are arriving or as they are asking for total disaster many people waiting
On three separate occasions (the last being Sunday, March 15), I arrived a little over an hour before closing only to be told that they are only serving wraps and salads. I was told this by two women solely focused on filling online orders, making me stand there awkwardly for minutes, with stacks of bread, clearly behind them. Terrible, I was on the line for 5 min with no one in front. No greeting, no communication and after waiting for 5 minutes they said they had no more bread. I could see the bread on the racks. They are prioritizing online orders possibly but still, no courtesy after waiting on line, no one makes any sort of communication. What are we suppose to guess and assume.
