Let me start by saying, I used to work at this location. I understand it gets busy but that fact my sandwich was 1. On the wrong bread, asked for RP got wheat. 2. Had no turkey (was a #9 - roast beef turkey and bacon) 3. Had NO BACON. Was absolutely baffling. No communication from the employees and just dead pan stares. Will not be returning to this location, shame bcz I used to love it there. Also online order too… took 40+ mins. Yikes - on a Wednesday. I’ll take my $45 else where next time
If you make a mobile order, get ready to sit there for an hour when the restaurant was completely empty when you walked in. Or even try getting acknowledged by the employees. Terrible experience won’t be returning to this location. I forwarded my full experience to corporate. Update: just got home and my food is wrong too… wrong bread, wrong dressing, wrong toppings…
Great service I want sandwiches. What more can you want?
