Took like 40 minutes to get my food 🫤 bad service, wet and stale bread, pretty bad food. Jersey Mike's really going down hill.
I hope this finds upper management at this store. I didn’t quite catch the name of this man, he was wearing glasses, working on April 21st at 11:45 AM. I drive for DoorDash. I’ve always had pleasant experiences at the store. When I came in. I walked straight back to the racks to see if the order was ready for pick up. It wasn’t and the other gentleman who did warmly welcome me with a smile asked me if I was picking up and I said yes and said the name. By the time I got my sandwich it was basically like a pancake. They squished it’s so aggressively.
Service was slow, employees were unfriendly, the prep area was filthy, and the food was below average.
