Amazing food and super friendly staff!!!
I live in Doylestown Pennsylvania and after work I picked up my order at our neighborhood Jersey Mike's. Turns out, they were out of both beverages that I had paid for online. The young man who was very busy, must have read my body language as I was tired and annoyed. He didn't say a word, but as I was leaving, he came over and gave me a coupon a free sub the next time I'm in. After having a bad day, rushing home, that gesture made me smile, made everything ok. Whoever you are, thank you. Kindness is a beautiful gift
Santiago and EJ carry the store with their excellent customer service, and great sandwich making skills. They are the reason this store has positive reviews. Give them raises immediately or promotion.
Santiago made me a delicious tuna hoagie! First time eating at a Jersey Mike's and I am extremely impressed. Santiago is friendly polite and has me hooked 😁
Been there multiple times with terrible customer service. Never trying again
