I walked in to see 4 workers behind the bar. One was cooking, the others standing around. One took my order and then stood around not doing anything. There was a fifth worker that happened to get l locked out of the place. Once that fifth worker arrived, there were tasked with making my sandwich. Dear Jersey Mike’s Corporate Team, I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at one of your locations. On September 6, 2025, I placed an online order at 3:25 PM, with a promised completion time of 3:40 PM. Unfortunately, I did not receive my food until 4:15 PM—well past the expected timeframe.
