Nice but crazy slow waited forever.
This is my favorite store of my favorite sub. But I need to give it a 1 star. Let me explain.. Went for lunch today and the store seems to be experiencing some bathroom over flow situation. They cordoned off the area which had wet floors and a blower was going full blast. I was greeted politely by the cashier who was finishing up with a customer. I waited. We are regular at the Naperville store and almost always have the #17. It was unusually bad today, multiple cartiledge and bones. To the point that I couldn’t even finish the sub and had to throw. Talked with staff just to give feedback only to receive a response that basically says “it is expected with steak” - disappointing.
Always very fast and professional. Subs taste great!
Y’all these food prices are getting high. I didn’t mention anything last time, but this time I am the bigger girl that has tattoos all around her neck and arms. She’s very rude not sure of her name but I won’t be coming back here. I’ll be taking my $ elsewhere. Thanks love
