This is absolutely ridiculous I went in and there was no other customers in the store.... Three employees were working. I waited a few minutes before they even acknowledged I was there to take my order. When they came up to me they said it would be a few minutes before they could even make my sandwich. I received terrible service last week and and completed the survey. The district manager Megan called me. Her tone was just as bad as the service I received.
Love Jersey Mike subs!!! Was there last week and sadly, the sandwiches were subpar which has never happened (they were extremely busy, making online requests). The meat was hanging off the STALE bread which was surprising for them. Will return to try again and be hopeful!
Noah at Jersey Mike's is an absolute legend! Seriously, if you haven't had his Philly cheesesteak, you're missing out. It's perfectly seasoned, the meat is tender, and the cheese is melted just right. Every bite is pure bliss. He's super friendly too, always makes the experience great. Five stars aren't enough!
