I have to say! I’m at literally convinced that each of these employees enjoy their job. Like this location! They are nice. Professional, informative even funny. I can say they make it feel like a 90’s family oriented family owned restaurant with of course great subs/ food. By far best location. Clean and clearly loves their job. Thank you
Waited 16 minutes for a delivery order, about 5 customers came in ordered and left before they started the order I was picking up
Picked up a delivery order here and had a disappointing experience with staff behavior. I waited about 15 minutes patiently before asking for an update on the order. When I asked again later, the employee responded rudely and used inappropriate language toward me instead of communicating professionally. Delays are understandable, but disrespect is not. Drivers and customers should be treated with basic courtesy. Sharing this so management can improve professionalism and service at this location.
