Avoid this Jersey Mike's. The service is a nightmare. The woman behind the counter is obnoxiously rude. Second call out - if you're pregnant this is NOT the Jersey Mike's to go to. They will make a loud and public scene out of you asking them to heat up the turkey. I've done this ten times before and no issues at any other locations. Avoid.
Waited for 20 minutes before any of the staff acknowledged or said anything to me. My online order was made and sat behind the counter while they helped customers that walked in after I did. I’d understand this if it were busy, but there were only five customers in the store. It seemed like it was these employees’ first day on Earth. No sense of urgency at all. Drive to the locations in Oswego or Plainfield, you’ll save time.
I walked in was greeted immediately by the happiest, outgoing staff. They made my orders perfectly, while having friendly, out-going attitudes. I really appreciated their customer service and good vibes and they deserved to be recognized for that - I wish I would’ve gotten their names, but they deserved the recognition. I will definitely be returning for myself and for staff meetings I will hold in the future at the vet hospital I manage. Thanks for a great experience to those man & woman who were working today 🙂
Word to whos in charge. do not train a sandwich maker during lunch hour. People don't like waiting 12 minutes for a very simplex sandwich
