Love this location! Clean and lovely staff! I ordered online, went for pickup. Mostly it’s always ready but it took little longer this time so I had to wait there for less than 10 minutes. They were really busy but still made sure and checked on me few times. Store manager offered me a free drink because I had to wait for my order. Excellent customer service!! I didn’t get the manager name but he was working in the evening shift on Wednesday. Great job
I found strands of hair in the sandwich wrap I picked up as a mobile order. (And I'm bald, so yeah, definitely not my own.) I reported the issue and requested a refund through the app, and received a fairly quick email response. Unfortunately, the email was a generic apology for my experience, and instructions to print off the email to serve as a voucher for the exact same sandwich at the same location "if you should decide to give us another try", valid for only 30 days. I ordered a Giant Original Italian sandwich for $20 through the app and arrived at the scheduled pickup time, but my order still wasn’t ready and took much longer than expected to prepare. On top of that, the sandwich had far less meat than I’ve received from other Jersey Mike’s locations. Overall, I’m disappointed with both the wait time and the quality of the sandwich, especially considering how little meat was put on it. The last picture is from a different Jersey Mike’s location for comparison and reference.
