Jacob Caban and everyone working at the 10/18/2025 shift at 5-6pm est, made the best subways I have ever eaten since Auburndale. Also great customer service was my 1st with family there I enjoyed it thanks to them.
This has happened more than five times. Not only have they messed up our orders repeatedly, but even when we politely pointed out once that a sub was wrong, they offered to remake both. However, the remade subs still ended up incorrect. The Philly subs are always made wrong. I wouldn’t mind if it happened once, but it’s been too many times to count. I was born and raised in point pleasant so I’ve been a lifelong good customer. I’ve been to dozens of company and franchise locations around the country. I’ve been to this franchise many time and each time I am surprised by how little meats are placed on the sub. Still good but wish they would add a slice!
