I used to love Jersey Mike’s cheese steak and Chicken Steak. Last few times I got them. The quality of taste went down hill fast. I haven’t been there in about a year. Decided I would give them another try. I ordered their chicken salad on wrap. It was awful. When I bit into it felt like water was gushing out. Absolutely awful. I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon.
Great ppl working here. Welcoming and full of great energy!!! Grabbed a Giant big kahuna. Was made perfectly how I wanted. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Manager or person in charge needs to pay more attention to the customers that come in. Just because I have long hair means I am a girl. Lots of guys have long hair. Lots of girls have short hair. And maybe not be so rude to your employees in front of customers. Maybe a new pair of glasses would help. But I think adjusting your attitude and paying more attention to the customers that come through your front door would help more than anything.
Such rude employees at this location. I understand running out of items on a busy night. What i will NOT put up with is someone being rude and hanging up on me mid sentence. If this is how this store is ran then my money will be going to another company. Be aware when ordering here!!
