As a DoorDash driver, I’ve picked up from countless restaurants, but Jersey Mike’s has been consistently the worst experience when it comes to order readiness. Every single time I arrive to pick up a delivery, the order is nowhere near ready—even when I show up 10–15 minutes after the promised pickup time. I’ve waited over 20 minutes just standing there, while other restaurants in the same plaza have orders ready instantly. I ordered a BLT through Uber Eats. The bacon was old and completely overcooked and dried out. It was horrible. They also forgot my cookie. I’m so disappointed and I got a refund for the missing cookie but Uber Eats refuses to address the safety issue with this sandwich. I will never order from Jersey Mikes again
Soo slowww. Almost every time I order at this location, my order is still being worked or haven’t even been started. I order online about 10-15min before my arrival smh.
