I’ve been to this location plenty of times and never had any bad experiences however that was not the case today. My food was amazing as usual but the customer service was not up to par. The young lady working the veggies part of the station was beyond rude. Not my fault you had to come into work today. Everyone else I encountered besides this young lady was delightful
First time at this location. The staff wasn't the friendliest bunch of young people, but I assume that they've had a long day and were tired. The establishment was clean —especially the work counter, which I can appreciate. I got takeout, so I don't have a pic of the sandwich itself, but have no doubt that it'll be tasty.
After waiting 10 minutes for the big tall guy to make himself a sandwich for break, We finally got helped when the manager told the young lady with all the make up to help finish our sandwiches. She wasn’t friendly and was clearly annoyed she needed do her job, I bought a Gatorade from behind the counter and I had to wait for her to open more change into the register and THEN help a DoorDash order while I’m standing there.
