There is a snarky worker here. I went to get a sub from here and one of the workers making the sub for us kept smirking when we were confirming what to place on our order. I stated “can i get everything besides the pickles please” and she proceeded to skip certain items and i told her again she forgot to put mayo and cpr and she smirked again and put it on and made a snark comment to her coworker and said “thank you for your patience” as if we were the ones to hold her up? Rude.

The quality has gone way down hill in the past year. We used to come weekly, but that has slowed to monthly visits the last 3 months after repeatedly being disappointed in the assembly, portions, and wrapping on multiple occasions. Our most recent visit I walked in and was told they were out of bread. The employee was in the middle of making sandwiches on bread so I asked what do you mean you’re out of bread? What’s all this? I have no idea why this place is rated so low. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Subs are good and employees I’ve encountered have been very friendly

I’m disappointed with my recent experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. This store would greatly benefit from improved training in food safety, cleanliness standards, and respectful customer interaction. From the start, the presentation of my sandwich was terrible. Once it reached the wrapping stage, it was wrapped so poorly that the toppings were falling out into the bag.
