Always courteous and welcoming service is great.
Giving this two stars because I placed an order on the app ahead of time, expecting that by the time I get there, my food would be ready. I was so wrong. I get there and I see two people waiting with their phones on their hands waiting as well. There's a queue too. There's about 5-6 staff running around behind the counter. By now, probably around 13 minutes have lapsed since I placed my order. Don’t order for pickup unless you want your order to be wrong. They always mess up with something.
Lunch hit the spot on 2/3/26 thanks to my sister I had a turkey sub with white American cheese, shredded lettuce, vinegar, salt & pepper, mayo -- and it was hot, fresh, and made just right. Simple combo, big flavor. My sister also said the staff was super friendly, and the place was very clean, neat, and organized. You can really tell the food is fresh from the first bite. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:07pm took them till 8:30pm to give me my mobile order. They were talking to each other and then taking other peoples orders. I’m annoyed I shouldn’t have to wait 23 minutes for a sandwich that was supposed to be ready. I don’t know if they gave my order to someone else and had to redo it but I’m annoyed.
