I am very disappointed with the customer service that I received from the general manager and quality of the subs that I received on 9 August 2026. I love eating at Jersey Mike’s! Unfortunately, these were the worse subs that I ever tasted at this location. We placed an order for take-out. We ordered two giant #17s and 1 giant #44. I ordered a week ago. I saw the roach-infestation reviews, ordered through DoorDash, and now I'm scared… If I ate a roach. Shut this place down
Love Jersey Mikes but this location needs to be shut down indefinitely. I haven’t been to this particular JM’s in a few years but this location is now absolutely filthy. There are roaches all on the food and it smells like mildew in the store. If only I had seen the roaches before I purchased my sandwich, was so sick from the sight of them I didn’t even eat it.🤢
This was one of the most disgusting dining experiences I’ve ever had. As someone who has eaten at this Jersey Mike’s frequently, it’s incredibly disappointing to see how far this location has declined. The entire restaurant appears neglected. The dining area was dirty, the walkways were unclean, and even the food preparation area looked unsanitary. The overall cleanliness of the store was unacceptable. The sub was served fresh. Staff was friendly and location was really clean.
