I recently visited a Jersey Mike’s location and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, there were no other customers inside — only myself. I ordered a #26 meal, and the staff informed me it would be ready shortly. After I placed my order, two more groups entered: one was two women with a child, and the other was a food delivery driver. The delivery driver received their order quickly and left. The two women also placed their orders separately and were served promptly. Meanwhile, I continued waiting for my food.... read more
Can't go wrong with JM's! Been coming to this location for a while. Their bread, ingredients and meats are always fresh and definitely more filling than Subway...I mean way better than subway no comparison hands down. I've only had a couple of issues with online ordering. Which are the food is not ready when the app notification says it is and often times I order ingredients on the side they often forget to put those in the bag and I'm sure it's because they are busy. Jersey Mike’s is great but the employees here are even better. Extremely busy with online orders coming in but they still keep up with those that are coming in to order and do it extremely well.
