First Time at Jersey Mike’s — Not Impressed Tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time, and honestly, I don’t see what the hype is about. The customer service was cold and unwelcoming — the staff barely made eye contact and didn’t seem to care. My sub looked okay but tasted really bland, like it was missing seasoning or any real flavor. Nothing stood out. Even the atmosphere felt dull and uninviting. I expected a better experience for my first time, but it left a bad impression. Probably won’t be back.
Great food! Great service! The only complaint is that one of the triptychs is out of order.
Sierra was great but why do you have these poor ppl working during the hottest weekend with no AC? Unacceptable work conditions for such a polite and efficient employee. Treat your workers the way you expect them to treat customers! Sierra deserves a RAISE.
Hour and a half + for a delivery is ridiculous when you charge $7 for delivery.
