Terrible infection control. There is clearly no training for employees, because they use the same pair of gloves for ALL meats, and cheeses, and touch the screens and a million things with the same pair of gloves. You sandwhich essentially touched everything in that store. Including a stranger's cash or credit card. So gross. Please teach all employees about food management. If the health dept showed up they would be horrified.

This by far is our favorite location, there is one closer to home but we love the service, it is the best one we've been too. All the employees are great and friendly and professional.
I was wondering how this location rates at 3.8, while another shop a few miles away is almost 5 stars. Its because of the service. Today was the third time I have pre-ordered online, and when I got there at the agreed time, the sandwich wasn't even made yet. This last time there wasn't even anyone in line, the order recipient was just sitting there. He said he'd make it real quick, then proceeded to make 2 other online orders before mine. They wont take an order over the phone. She told me to pull over if I can’t drive and use their app. I was 5 minutes away & in a hurry and she wouldn’t even start my order until I arrived (I wanted to pay in cash & she said they don’t start orders until they’re paid for). She hung up on me. I just wanted food. Go anywhere else
