So this was my first time at Jersey Mike's and honestly I'm disappointed. I only came because a friend said it was better than Jimmy John's. The food tasted very bland, even though I asked for extra salt, pepper, onions,and oregano. I got the Italian and none of the sandwich tasted how an Italian should taste. I will say everything was freshly sliced and everything was clean, but I will not be back.
Usually spot on here, but today wrong sandwich, made incorrectly, and sent wrong chips. I'll give them another chance but not anytime soon
Some improvements need to be made at this location. Three times my order was incorrect and the only reason I caught it was because I ordered online and went to pick it up myself. Now imagine if I was having it delivered these employees need to pay better attention including the persons in charge
The staff are great, the store was spotless and the food delicious.
