I have been visiting the store quite regularly the past few months for a recurring weekly meeting,. My typical orders are four or five giant subs for our meetings. Recently, I had accidentally left my credit card at the counter and did not realize it until I was out of town. I had almost canceled my card, but noticed that no activity had occurred on my card and thought I might have just left it at my residence. This location is suffering. I visit quite often. Yet, I am not satisfied w the service I received tonight. The cashier became irritable when asked how to redeem points on my app. She was not knowledgeable and did not care to try to assist. She did not know how to retrieve the pin and said if you don’t have the pin there’s nothing we can do. When advised I will just place my order thru the app, all of a sudden they are not taking online orders and turned it back on when I left. Just very unhelpful.
