Customer service is good, but corporate is messing up. Or whoever manages this particular jersey Mike’s because I’ve been here twice and they have no bread..like what? Unreal.
I ordered ahead for pick up because my friend mentioned they might only take cash because their debit machine was out of service the last time she was there. I even let the guy know I was there for the pick up he acknowledged it his coworker heard me as well. They both proceeded to make 4 other sandwiches before mine, 2 of which were people that walked in after me. I canceled my order in the app and left. I get being busy and order priority but the restaurant was not busy at all both my friends with me got their orders promp... read more
