I remember going here awhile back and an associate by the name of Markus was flat out drunk on the job, slurring words and got my order wrong. Bet it's happened more than once... atrocious.
I live closer to this location than the one on West Hampden, but I continually have poor service here. I order online and when I come in, they take minutes to make eye contact and acknowledge me, and today they actually served someone who came in after me before they served me. I can see that they're busy (it was noon after all) but it's not difficult to look at someone, say "I'll be with you in a minute," then remember who you spoke to when you're able to serve. I'll be going to the Hampden location from now on.
We ordered two cheese-steak sandwiches both with double meat and cheese, they were clearly not. My wife has food allergies, so we ordered one sandwich without peppers and onions, they were both loaded with peppers and onions. I spent $55 in total for this order (including tip) to say the least it was very disappointing.
