Jake and his team are awesome. While walking in, the customer in line before us was smiling and having a good talk with the team, and I was like.....this guy is happy to be here? But after we went through the great customer service experience, I see why! It was a friendly and cheerful customer service experience and that is something that is uncommon nowadays. The new team is doing a good job. Kindness makes a big difference, dont forget to give it.
