I am completely disappointed with my pickup experience and the sandwiches that we received. Yes, we used a coupon, but no attention was paid to our custom orders and the sandwiches were half the regular size. It is a failed promotion. We made a 15 percent tip to pick up the food and have the workers do a severely disappointing job. Find new jobs. I apologize but we will probably not be back, promotion or not.
Ordered two subs through the Jersey Mike’s app and only one sandwich showed up! When we called to see what happened the guy was extremely rude. And basically said he packed it up and the tape was intact on the bag no you didn’t ! Lolol my god awful customer service. Then said there was nothing he can do! Wow you guys need some courses in customer service. Will not be returning!
These guys are truly the best! My sandwich always comes out exactly how I requested, and they are so kind. Today I went in and they were very busy. Working SO efficiently and truly it was not a long wait. Amazing customer service. The best jersey Mike’s around!
