Pre ordered to be ready at 3:15 heading out of town. Was not done and clerks asked like no big deal..got there 3:30 p.m. not done until 3:50 for 4 basic sandwiches
They don’t toast bread, what sort of sub shop doesn’t toast bread? I’m probably not going back
Emannuel, Emma and Marcus were kind, and efficient. They had customers who were not thrilled they had to wait for their made to order subs, and each handled the customers anxiety and impatient behavior with empathy and patience. Food as always was bomb for Mikes.
