I ordered two regular #17's , drove 20 minutes back home to find out that once again it was not what I ordered. I found two #17's with bacon added to both which is unacceptable. I wasted $25 on a meal I had to throw away because of the bacon being added and even once it was removed you could still taste it. Too many people behind the counter doing nothing and no manager made their presence known. The service and quality at this location is continuing to decline.
I went into this establishment on Sunday night, the 30th of November staff was rude and didn’t care about customers experience. Would not recommend this location. Employees were huddled in the back.
The manager here is great. They always go the extra mile.
Service is great. I’ve always had a great experience when ordering for 10+ people. The order is accurate and timely. Some of their competitors act pissed if you place a large order.
