Everything you heard is true. I had a turkey sub with ONE slice of turkey on it. Had to look. People are still fine though and veggies taste fresh.
Ordered from this location online. I arrived at the time I scheduled and I saw my UNFINISHED sandwich just sitting there on the counter. The staff just let all walk in customers order and started preparing their sandwich before completing online orders. They did not start assembling my sandwich until 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time when all the walk ins were done.
