Hello, l would like thank Alisa for offering me such wonderful customer service. I place a huge order with my family and my #8 club sandwich was a plain Turkey sandwich. I was not satisfied….by it being a call in order. I called the restaurant back and Alisa was so pleasant and courteous that she brightened up the whole mishap. I will definitely be coming back because her personality and customer service was impeccable. Thank you for treating me like a loyal customer.
This is one of the worst Jersey Mike’s in Fayetteville. They have really bad customer service, especially the Manager tyrone, I will drive across town to just to go to Jersey Mike’s the One located in Westwood shopping center is phenomenal. They have great customer service so just a heads up Save your time in your money. The other staff is nice but the bitter black lady cutting the meat and the manager thumbs down.
They can’t hear through the plastic and I can’t hear them. It’s freezing inside so I sat outside. The cheese steak, I didn’t like the steak part. Didn’t like the taste of it. Couldn’t eat it all. Most people there were nice but at least one a bit rude.
One of my favorite places. Saw an old couple Give the lady a hard time on back and forth with their sandwich That it had the lady flustered that she cut herself by accident. Sometimes the public need to treat workers with respect and not like a slave. And when she cut her hand and the girls told the manager, I think the manager could have reacted a whole lot quicker.
