This spot sucks fr! When you order online the food suppose to be ready by a certain time... right? Wrong! They do not make your order til you walk in What if I had an appointment? Now im late because slow employees working and not on point. I shouldnt have to wait, if I ordered online
Just visit another location under a different owner. Was charged extra ($2.35? to sub not ADD but sub a different meat. No issues before today and no issues at any other location. Last time visiting this location. ***update*** I did receive a phone call, apology, and refund. Thanks Madison.
I love J Mike's food... but this location is ridiculous...coughing around the food... not cleaning the food off of the surfaces with a towel or scrapper but putting in back into the batch instead is nasty...the employee saying what new management won't allow by hardly putting toppings on the high price sandwiches is diabolical...4 banana peppers on a regular sandwich is crazy... bring back the other employees and not the ones saying J Mike's is losing money because of inventory... now I have to find another location...
I ordered the tuna sandwich and repeated it twice to make sure the order was clear. When they brought out the food, it was a completely different sandwich with several kinds of meat. When I told them it was wrong, both employees insisted that I ordered the sandwich they made, which I know I didn’t. Due to my religion, I don’t eat meat on Fridays, so this was especially frustrating. I wasn’t trying to cause a problem, I just wanted the correct order. Better listening and customer service would really improve the experience.
If I could rate a 0 I would but in this case they making rate at least one star and they don’t even deserve that . I ordered a Giant #56 for the reason of the extra cheese . When I received my order my sandwich was DRY… it was ridiculous. They only had put 2slices of cheese on my sandwich which only covered one side of my GIANT sandwich. On the other end of my sandwich there was no cheese but only meat .
