I frequent this location for lunch but today I came in on lunch about 140p the white guy who was taken orders and slicing meat was rude to every black person who he spoke with. Sarcastic and just rude for no reason it was uncalled for! The guy in front of me asked for a # whatever regular the employee I still dont know what you want a # regular (obviously he doesn't come often) he goes still dont know what you mean? I had a big order that I placed and Madison (the GM), Tony, Shine, & Josh were so unbelievably helpful. They worked VERY hard to get all of my sandwiches made and labeled for each person. They were fresh, hot and fantastic. This crew deserves a raise, appreciation and acknowledgment of their hard work. For this crew I will be back!!!
This cedar hill location is top tier for me. Being it was my 1st time ever entering a jersey Mike's I'll definitely return to this location. Madison was hands down was the BEST!!! She knew exactly what I wanted and how I would want it again being my 1st time. I saw TikTok videos of the "pregnant sub" and she did just that for me!! It was AMAZING fresh and spot on. Thank you so much Madison for your patience and bring so kind and sweet! Congratulations on your bundle of joy...
