I'm not sure how many employees they have but at the time I went there they only had two people working. So it was semi busy that evening with customers in line and people ordering online it took about an hour for me to get through the line and pickups. So two people making orders for online and customers in line was to much for two people working there. I'm not sure how to check up how many people are working there other then calling them and asking how busy are they. An hour long was a bit way to long to get in and out.
Service was very friendly and great. Their cash register was having issues and I had to try 3 times to get the payment through and it turns out I was charged 3 separate times. Just really inconvenient to now have to go through the company and my bank to get it fixed. Prices are a bit absurd as it cost over $9 for a bowl. You’d think they’d knock down the price a bit with no bread but nope. Price to the quality of food is not worth it. Great and friendly staff but everything is else is poor.
They’re nice always and I love their subs. Service is always quick.
My first time at Jersey Mikes didn’t turn out well. Here’s the scoop and 4 reasons why I won’t go back… I walk in around 8pm on a Monday and there was a customer at the register with an employee, an employee cooking, and one assembling the subs behind the counter, and a customer that walked in right before me heading to the Pick Up section which is right by the register. 1.
