I stopped by this Jersey Mike’s to grab dinner, and I have to say, I left disappointed. I’ve been to multiple locations and always had decent service, but this one was different—in a bad way. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in or acknowledged when I left. I stood there for about 7 minutes waiting to pick up my online order, and not a single employee asked if I needed help.
