I can’t say enough wonderful things about Q. She is incredibly attentive and consistently goes above and beyond for her customers. Don’t go here if you value your time. We’ve stuck with this Jersey Mike’s for years because it’s easiest to access, even though there’s another one closer. Service has always been extremely slow—no urgency from staff, ever. This evening, 3/11, to dodge the usual wait, we ordered online: a Giant, a cold Italian, and a hot Italian (app ready time 7:09 PM). We arrived at 7:25 PM, figuring they’d be behind anyway.
