Waited in line to place my order. Asked if I could check my rewards to make sure I had a free regular sub. The man gave me a put out look like I’d terribly inconvenienced him. As I finally found service, the lady checked my account and assured me I had a redeemable sub. I then attempted to place the order and was told I had to go to the back of the line, which at that point was nearly to the door. I kindly left.
These stores need to stop canceling orders made via door dash.. It causes drivers to waste time going to a store to pick up the order.. If your customer pays via 3rd party make them cancel it via the 3rd party!
Sadly Can Not Order American Cheese On Any Cold Sandwich On Their App Or Door Dash Why Is That Not Everyone Likes Provalon Chrese !!!!!!
Love Jersey Mikes, but this location is trash, ridiculously slow service, even when ordering ahead a half hour I was still waiting because they didn't make my sandwich, even though the app said it was ready. Go to a different one.
