This store is unorganized. I was here a few times for a Dash pick up and after lunch time, the line was out to the door. Tables were dirty. The glass doors were full of greasy finger prints. GROSS Never seems to be a Manager there to help with the long lines. I used to be in the restaurant business. I recently spoke a new Manager; Maxx. Never received a call back just to be a sandwich maker. Nor did he ask questions in regards to my application from Indeed.com He lacked people skills. The phone order was taken with the person taking the order was very rude … training in correct and appropriate respect with proper education on public relations
I have been to this Jersey Mike’s location since I was a little girl and never have I ever had the experience that I had today by an employee. I appreciate that it is hard being in this industry and things get super busy, but saying out loud in front of customers “literacy and comprehension skills go a long way” insinuates to a customer that they are the problem and they are stupid instead of owning up to making a mistake.
