I have been to this Jersey Mike’s location since I was a little girl and never have I ever had the experience that I had today by an employee. I appreciate that it is hard being in this industry and things get super busy, but saying out loud in front of customers “literacy and comprehension skills go a long way” insinuates to a customer that they are the problem and they are stupid instead of owning up to making a mistake. What's not to like about Jersey Mike's? Service and food was excellent.
Hello I went in to purchase me and my daughter food . Nice n clean . But the employee, I think her name was Ashley very rude. Seem to get an attitude when I ask for extra pickles and mayo on both sides of my bread and while making my sandwich, she walked away and answer the phone. No good Customer service at all . Didn’t even ask me if I wanted to use my points
