I don't know what the issue was but this is just plain laziness. I've worked in the food industry and I would not give someone this. They added lettuce which I didn't ask for, didn't add the onions I did ask for, it was squished, not fully cut in half, and I'm just really disappointed. Food costs a lot these days and eating out is a luxury for some people, I feel like you all could do better. Pictures here to show how my food was squished and the bag it came in that was smashed.
Went there a few weeks ago. Absolutely, horrible sandwiches. We got two of them and could not eat either of them. I reached out to them and someone contacted me to apologize and got my address, stating they were going to mail out gift certificates due to my experience. They only do physical certificates and I should receive them in about 5 days. Well, that was over 2 weeks ago and haven't seen a thing. Very clean upon entering. Greeted right away. Then served right away as well. The team was busy cooking, prepping, and cleaning as well, while the one served me. Great attitudes by all. Quick and just the way I wanted it.
