I went in to pick up my order and it was nasty behind the counter food and old gloves thrown on the floor and the sandwich table was nasty as well and my sandwich had old lettuce on it this is bad business I reported it to corporate and they emailed me me and brushed it off they ain’t got a care in the world as long as the store is making money be careful here to the owner you need to get this store together nobody is ever to busy to clean and make sure your customer are taking care of
Do you have to ask for bacon on the #9 even though in the ingredients it's listed? Twice now I ordered the #9 and was surprised it had no bacon! UPDATE: Went today and ordered 2 sub sandwiches, they were fantastic. Best in Rock Hill. I do appreciate the response to the slight mix up to a previous order.

I’ve gotten food from Jersey Mikes plenty of times and service has always been great, but when I walked in today the white lady with the neck tattoo was rude from the second we opened the door. I understand having a bad day but don’t take that out on customers and keep your attitude at home
