My wife stopped to order a a sandwich for my lunch. Have been a 20 plus year Jersey mikes customer since way before this location was opened. 9:58 front door is open and my wife walks in. Was greeted by a female employee as follows: “We open at 10”. My wife said no problem and said she would wait the extra 2 whole minutes to order. She was then told she needed to wait outside in 95 degree NC humidity. What a total lack of respect and customer appreciation for the people that keep your lights on. How you charge me for bacon on a #8 bowl when it comes with bacon? I have to always remind them to put it on so I say add bacon. I got two pieces..if you charge at least add two more... friggin $2.15 for what should have come on it anyway!
This group makes some great subs. nothing like the original Italian, Mikes way with Mayo. Their chili relish is awesome.
