Hot Philly is one of their best sandwiches! But, they forgot the napkins again and no longer offer unsweetened and/or lemon bottled tea.
Placed a large take out for a meeting. We had to go pick up. They forgot part of the order. We were told you can come back and get or we will refund it. They made it clear they were not bring us the rest of the order. Not very good customer service. They should have brought us what THEY forgot.
Ordered my food ahead of time to avoid the lunch rush. It would have been faster to wait in line and order in person.
