Staff were very helpful and fast. We had a gluten allergy in our order and the woman on the grill made sure to verify the grill was clean to accommodate the allergy. Would 100% recommend!!
I placed an online order for a Club Sub. This location is notorious for forgetting to add the bacon so when I got to my vehicle, I checked my sub- NO BACON. I went inside to kindly explain the dilemma. The young man with locs, who I initially thought was joking, rudely replied, “we ain’t got none” and later told me to “come back tomorrow and ask that” when I asked about them being out of bacon. My Experience at Jersey mikes was absolutely amazing! Tre, Michael and the shift lead Javon really made my sandwich the best I’ve ever had it! Would definitely recommend.
Food was okay, customer service was absolutely terrible. Employees were playing on their phones while making my sandwiches. Not only is it rude, it is unsanitary and gross.
As others have noted, don’t come to this location expecting a nice or welcoming experience. You’re an inconvenience to the workers and they make it blatant with their attitude. It’s a shame that this location is this way…
